We will collect information about the device you are using (such as device model, operating system version, device configuration, MAC address, IP address, device identifiers (Android_ID, UUID), device network information, device environment, software list, gyroscope sensor, gravity sensor, proximity sensor and other software/hardware characteristic information), and obtain running processes (GET_TASKS) based on the specific permissions you grant during the installation, access, and use of the "KiTalk" software and related services, or when the software runs in the background. This is used to ensure the secure operation of the software and services, the quality and efficiency of operations, to enable normal functioning of business functions or to reduce system resource consumption.

Mobile phone number, personal photo, and personal location information are sensitive information. Collecting such information is to meet the national laws and regulations' requirements for real-name internet registration and to complete the registration of your KiTalk account.

If you do not provide this type of information, you may not be able to use our services normally.

The information you provide above will be authorized for our continued use during your use of this service. We will keep your information until you cancel your account. When you cancel your account, we will stop using and delete the above information.

2. Business Function: Match Friends via Contacts

When you use the match friends via contacts service, to better protect your personal privacy, you need to provide the following information for us to collect: contacts permission.

Contacts permission is sensitive information.

If you provide the above information, you can match KiTalk friends through your contacts while using KiTalk services.

If you do not provide this type of information, you may not be able to use the match friends via contacts service normally.

The information you provide above will be authorized for our continued use during your use of this service. We will keep your information until you cancel your account. When you cancel your account, we will stop using and delete the above information.

3. Business Function: Chat

When you use the chat service, we do not require you to provide mandatory information.

If you provide the following additional information, it will help us provide you with better service and experience: photo album permission, microphone permission, personal location information, camera permission, accelerometer sensor. However, if you do not provide this information, it will not affect the basic business functions of using this service.

Personal location information is sensitive information.

If you do not provide this type of information, you may not be able to use map-related services normally.

Self-start and associated start description: To ensure that this application can normally receive broadcast messages pushed by the client when the app is closed or running in the background, this application must use (self-start) capability. There will be a certain frequency of system broadcasts to wake up this application for self-start or associated start behavior, which is necessary to implement functions and services.

The information you provide above will be authorized for our continued use during your use of this service. We will keep your information until you cancel your account. When you cancel your account, we will stop using and delete the above information.

4. Business Function: View KiTalk Circle

When you use the view KiTalk Circle service, we do not require you to provide mandatory information.

5. Business Function: Post to KiTalk Circle

When you use the post to KiTalk Circle service, to provide materials for KiTalk Circle, you need to provide the following functions/information for us to collect: photo album permission, camera permission.

If you do not provide this type of information, you may not be able to use the post to KiTalk Circle service normally.

During use, if you provide the following additional information, it will help us provide you with better service and experience: personal location information. However, if you do not provide this information, it will not affect the basic business functions of using this service.

The information you provide above will be authorized for our continued use during your use of this service. We will keep your information until you cancel your account. When you cancel your account, we will stop using and delete the above information.

6. Business Function: Payment Function

When you use the payment function, we will need to collect your bank card number and the account holder name corresponding to the bank card. Refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from using the above payment functions, but will not affect your use of other KiTalk functions.

7. Business Function: Real-Name Authentication

When you choose the real-name authentication service, to confirm that the identity information you provide is your own and authentic, you need to provide the following information for us to collect: real name, ID number and ID verification authorization, facial feature information from personal biometric information.

Facial feature information from personal biometric information is sensitive information. Collecting such information is to meet the national laws and regulations' requirements for real-name internet registration and to ensure the authentic and safe social atmosphere of the KiTalk product. If you do not provide this type of information, you may not be able to use the KiTalk authentication service normally.

The information you provide above will be authorized for our continued use during your use of this service. We will keep your information until you cancel your account. When you cancel your account, we will stop using and delete the above information.

8. Business Function: Share/Invite Functions

When you choose to use such services, to confirm the uniqueness of your sharing, inviting, or being invited, you need to authorize us to read the contents of your clipboard for verification.

9. Business Function: Account Appeal

When you contact us or apply for dispute resolution, to protect the security of your account and our system, we need you to provide necessary personal information to verify your user identity. We may save your communication/call records and content (including account information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or contact information you leave) to contact you or help you solve problems, or to record the handling plan and results of related issues. For the reasonable needs of providing services and improving service quality, we may also use your other information, including relevant information you provide when contacting customer service, and your questionnaire response information when you participate in surveys.

10. Business Function: Send Square Posts

When you use the send square post service, to provide materials for square posts, you need to provide the following functions/information for us to collect: photo album permission, camera permission.

If you do not provide this type of information, you may not be able to use the send square post service normally.

During use, if you provide the following additional information, it will help us provide you with better service and experience: personal location information. However, if you do not provide this information, it will not affect the basic business functions of using this service.

12. Business Function: Audio/Video Calls

When you use the audio/video call service, to provide message notification push and audio/video call functions, you need to provide the following functions/information for us to collect: camera permission, microphone permission, view WLAN permission, proximity sensor.

If you do not provide this type of information, you may not be able to use the audio/video call service normally.

The information you provide above will be authorized for our continued use during your use of this service. We will keep your information until you cancel your account. When you cancel your account, we will stop using and delete the above information.

13. Business Function: Account Deletion

You can delete your account through the following steps:

After logging into your KiTalk account, you can find "Settings" in "Me", then find "Security & Privacy", select "Delete Account", and you can choose and follow the prompts to complete account deletion. After clicking confirm deletion, all data in your account will be deleted immediately, the account will be permanently deleted, and data from a deleted account cannot be recovered.

14. Third-Party Business Functions:

Third-party institutions refusing to provide information will only prevent you from using the functions supported by the technology provided by the third-party institutions, but will not affect your use of other KiTalk functions.

SDK technology is provided by third-party institutions cooperating with us. We can only know the permissions they require authorization for. Third-party institutions will need to collect your information. We cannot obtain your information unless the third-party institutions explicitly disclose to us the sensitive information they intend to collect. The permissions required by third-party institutions and the sensitive information they explicitly disclose to us for collection are detailed in the table below.

II. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

(I) Cookies

When you find that the personal information we process about you is incorrect, you have the right to request us to make corrections. You can make a correction request in the manner listed in "(I) Access Your Personal Information".

If you cannot correct this personal information through the above links, use the feedback function within the KiTalk client to contact us. We will respond to your correction request within 30 days.

(III) Delete Your Personal Information

You may request us to delete personal information under the following circumstances:

1. If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;

2. If we collect and use your personal information without obtaining your consent;

3. If our processing of personal information violates the agreement with you;

4. If we no longer provide you with products or services.

If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that obtained your personal information from us at the same time, requiring them to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, or these entities have obtained your independent authorization.

When you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system, but will delete this information when the backup is updated.

In certain business functions, we may make decisions solely based on non-human automated decision-making mechanisms including information systems and algorithms. If these decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to request an explanation from us, and we will also provide appropriate remedies.

(VI) Responding to Your Above Requests

To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request or prove your identity in other ways. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.

We will respond within thirty days.

For your reasonable requests, In principle we do not charge fees, but for repeated requests that are excessive, we may charge a certain cost fee depending on the situation. For requests that are groundless, repetitive, require excessive technical means (e.g., requiring the development of new systems or fundamental changes to current practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are very impractical (e.g., involving information stored on backup tapes), we may refuse them.

Under the following circumstances, according to legal requirements, we will be unable to respond to your request:
